Who we are:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong visual design fundamentals, advanced presentation design capabilities, and experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creative workflows.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency, and is capable of producing high-quality marketing, sales, and corporate design assets across multiple formats. This role requires someone who can combine creative thinking with technical execution while maintaining a high standard of design quality.

A key requirement for this role is advanced PowerPoint expertise, including the ability to create polished, executive-level presentations, custom templates, infographics, and visually engaging storytelling materials. Experience utilizing AI-powered design tools to improve productivity and creative output is highly preferred.

Additionally, candidates with strong SharePoint expertise are highly desirable, particularly those who have experience designing, organizing, and maintaining SharePoint sites, pages, and internal company resources.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Execution

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital, print, marketing, sales, and corporate communications
• Develop designs that maintain strong visual consistency and align with brand guidelines
• Produce marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, reports, infographics, and promotional materials
• Apply strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy principles to all design
• workCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions

Presentation Design (PowerPoint)

• Design executive-level PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, proposals, training materials, and leadership communications
• Create custom PowerPoint templates, slide masters, diagrams, charts, and visual storytelling elements
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing presentations
• Maintain consistency and professionalism across all presentation materials

AI-Enhanced Design Workflow

• Utilize AI tools to improve design efficiency, content creation, ideation, image generation, and workflow optimization
• Evaluate and implement emerging AI design technologies where appropriate
• Balance AI-generated outputs with strong design judgment and creative direction

SharePoint Design & Administration (Preferred)

• Design and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, and internal resource
• hubsImprove information architecture, user experience, and content organization within SharePoint
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize SharePoint functionality and accessibility

Collaboration & Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Work closely with marketing, operations, leadership, and cross-functional teams
• Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining design quality and project objectives
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets

Requirements

• Experience 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, branding, and visual communication expertise
• Experience creating marketing, corporate, and presentation-based design assets
• Experience working with AI-powered design tools and creative work flows

Technical Skills

• Advanced PowerPoint design skills (Required)
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms
• Experience with SharePoint site design and administration is highly preferred
