About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong background in fashion and apparel design. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating graphics for clothing, building seasonal collections, and preparing production-ready files for various print and embellishment techniques. This role requires someone who understands both creative design and the technical side of apparel production — from concept to final garment. You’ll collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative, trend-forward designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Apparel Graphics Creation: Design compelling graphics, patterns, motifs, and prints across multiple apparel categories (performance wear, casual wear, accessories), aligning with seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Trend Research: Research and interpret fashion trends, color palettes, and printing techniques to guide design direction for seasonal collections.
• Technical Execution: Build production-ready files, tech packs, color separations, and print specifications. Collaborate directly with factories, printers, and embroidery vendors to ensure accurate execution.
• Collection Development: Assist in building cohesive collections that reflect market trends and brand DNA.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to translate design concepts into assets for web, social media, packaging, and retail.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive visual identity across garments, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Mentorship: Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers as needed.

Requirements

Design & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (After Effects a plus).
• Advanced skills in Illustrator: vectorization, typography, color management, scaling, placement, and production file setup.
• Proficiency in Photoshop: apparel mockups, background removal, compositing.
• Experience creating tech packs and preparing artwork for multiple production methods (screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, vinyl transfers, heat press, cut & sew).

Apparel & Fashion Knowledge

• Demonstrated experience in fashion/apparel graphics and trend forecasting.
• Understanding of seasonal collection development, materials, trims, and placements.
• Experience working directly with vendors, printers, and production partners.
• Strong understanding of fit, scale, placement, and color accuracy in garment applications.

Professional Skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with large-format design (banners, retail displays, event collateral).
• File preparation and optimization for multiple uses (print, digital, textile).
