Who we are looking for:

An experienced and strategic Email Marketing Manager who thrives on ownership, enjoys working directly with clients, and is passionate about the retention side of eCommerce. You should be a proactive leader, confident communicator, and self-starter with strong organizational skills and proven success managing email/SMS marketing programs for multiple brands.

What you'll do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for multiple client accounts
• Develop strategic email and SMS marketing calendars aligned with client goals
• Manage campaign production end-to-end: briefs, segmentation, scheduling, testing, QA, and sending
• Build, optimize, and maintain automated flows based on customer journey insights
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create high-performing content
• Lead client strategy conversations and clearly communicate results, insights, and next steps
• Ensure campaigns are timely, compliant, and aligned with brand voice and best practices

What you'll need:

• Proven eCommerce and email marketing experience
• Previous agency experience managing multiple brands
• Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo or similar ESPs (end-to-end campaign and flow ownership)
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency and targeting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence leading client strategy calls
• Self-directed with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using tools like ClickUp, Google Drive, Shopify (or similar platforms)
• Detail-oriented, data-informed, with a passion for continuous optimization
• Bonus: Experience with subscriptions, loyalty programs, push notifications, Triple Whale, or Google Analytics
