Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to help turn complex marketing and e-commerce data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. This role plays a critical part in understanding performance across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of marketing and social media dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance data across digital marketing platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, and GA4
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track KPIs, trends, and performance drivers
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, opportunities, and risks in marketing and revenue data
• Pull, clean, and manipulate large datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Python
• Partner with marketing, growth, and leadership teams to translate data into insights and recommendations
• Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to surface optimization opportunities
• Identify data inconsistencies or tracking issues and proactively recommend fixes
• Support experimentation, A/B testing, and performance forecasting initiatives
• Clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and written summaries

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, marketing analyst, or similar role
• Hands-on experience analyzing data from paid media platforms and marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing datasets
• Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or modeling
• Solid foundation in statistical analysis, including trend analysis, correlation, and hypothesis testing
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate issues
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly to business stakeholders
• High attention to detail and comfort working with large, complex datasets

Nice to Have / Big Plus

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media, including how campaigns are structured and optimized
• Experience analyzing e-commerce funnels, attribution, and customer lifecycle data
• Familiarity with marketing experimentation and A/B testing frameworks
• Experience building automated reporting pipelines
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
