We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Brand Manager to evolve and elevate our brand across all touchpoints. This role isn’t about reinventing the brand—it’s about refining what already exists and bringing it to life with clarity, consistency, and creativity. You’ll be responsible for shaping how the company is perceived by investors, partners, and the broader community. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer with a strong eye for design, a strategic mindset, and excellent organizational skills. What you'll do:
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Evolve and refine the company’s existing brand identity.
- Strategize and execute campaigns for property launches, investor engagement, and community outreach.
- Maintain consistent and cohesive messaging across web, social, print, and signage platforms.
- Collaborate on naming, signage, and brand development for new real estate projects.
- Lead the update of company mission, vision, and values—turning draft ideas into polished messaging.
Investor Marketing & Communications
- Partner with leadership to develop clear, compelling investor presentations and collateral.
- Create investor-facing materials including pitch decks, quarterly updates, and email campaigns.
- Manage CRM systems and optimize email workflows to enhance investor engagement.
- Deliver fast-turn, high-quality visual materials and decks when needed (within 24–48 hours).
Content & Digital Management
- Manage and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and the website.
- Coordinate website updates and assist in launching microsites for new properties.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and visual assets.
- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva for content creation.
- Develop media kits and high-resolution marketing materials for digital and print use.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Coordinate meetings, timelines, and tasks across brand and investor marketing projects.
- Maintain a library of brand assets, templates, and visual standards.
- Oversee event logistics, signage, print orders, and photoshoot planning.
- Ensure on-site teams have timely access to accurate and approved marketing materials.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within the real estate, construction, or investment industries.
- Prortfolio with proven experience developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies.
- Strong content creation and storytelling abilities, including visual and written communication.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong attention to detail, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize competing tasks.
Bonus Experience:
- Background in real estate development, investment, or property management.
- Understanding of financial documents and investor-focused communication.
- Experience working in startups or entrepreneurial environments.
- Portfolio showcasing successful brand evolution, campaign execution, or investor-facing materials.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and collaborative creative processes.
