Senior Product Marketing Manager

Kajabi is looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager, reporting into our Head of Product Marketing, to lead product messaging, cross-functional launches, and customer communication for both major product rollouts and incremental updates. This role is essential in driving product adoption, enhancing the creator experience, and enabling internal teams to tell a clear, consistent story about our platform.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Research, Creative, Support, and CX to bring our products to market in a way that deeply resonates with our customers and differentiates Kajabi in a competitive landscape.

The Impact You'll Make

• Lead product positioning and messaging for major launches and ongoing updates, ensuring clarity, resonance, and alignment with customer needs.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new features, including internal enablement, launch materials, and post-launch analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Research, Support, CX, Legal, and Creative to deliver high-quality campaigns and communications.
• Synthesize research and insights into compelling narratives that inform messaging, positioning, and strategy.
• Develop and scale repeatable launch processes that help Kajabi ship with excellence and consistency.
• Support training and enablement materials in collaboration with Product and Support, empowering internal teams and customers to adopt new features confidently.

Attributes for Success

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• A proven ability to turn complex, technical features into compelling customer value and differentiated market narratives.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategic decisions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills - you can influence, align, and motivate across departments.
• A self-starter mindset - you’re proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• A hands-on approach - you enjoy writing, planning, collaborating, and seeing launches through from strategy to execution.
• Passion for Kajabi’s mission to help ambitious creators to become successful entrepreneurs.

In-Office Requirement Statement

We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.

• This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2-3 times a quarter and therefore is best situated in the Western Time zones.

Pay Range

At Kajabi we believe the workplace should be equitable, inclusive, and inspiring for every employee. In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
