Position Overview:
Growing medical device company is seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to drive product adoption, brand development, and market expansion for an innovative, high-impact therapy. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, developing commercial tools, and executing targeted campaigns aimed at healthcare professionals, patients, and payors.
The ideal candidate brings downstream expertise and has a proven ability to translate strategy into execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies based on segmentation, competitive analysis, and positioning to drive awareness and adoption of a novel therapy
- Create tailored value propositions and messaging for a range of stakeholders
- Strengthen and evolve the company’s brand identity across all customer-facing channels to ensure consistent, differentiated positioning
- Design and implement field-ready sales tools and education materials to support the commercial team in driving adoption and utilization
- Lead market development initiatives, including regional campaigns, media outreach, and event sponsorships to engage and educate key audiences
- Drive coordinated marketing and education efforts aimed at accelerating product adoption and expanding patient access
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of downstream marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated success in market development and driving product adoption through strategic marketing efforts
- Strong experience in developing marketing content, managing approval processes, and collaborating across functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of effective engagement with clinical and commercial stakeholders
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- A blend of SaaS and medical device experience is preferred
