Job Title: Product Manager – HR Domain (Workforce Management)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in HR technology and Workforce Management to own the product lifecycle, define roadmaps, and deliver innovative solutions across scheduling, time & attendance, leave management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy & roadmap for Workforce Management solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver features.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Write user stories, prioritize backlog, and ensure timely delivery.
• Track KPIs, adoption, and continuously improve product performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in HR / WFM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, time & attendance, leave, and compliance.
• Experience in SaaS/Cloud HR platforms and Agile methodology.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with leading WFM/HR platforms (e.g., Kronos, UKG, Workday, SAP, ADP).
