Role: Program Manager (Privacy & Monetization Programs)

Location: Remote (West Cost only)

Experience: 3–5+ years in technical program management

Programs Supported:

• Privacy Waves (30–35%) - Involves coordinating privacy-related tasks across Meta’s product teams — ensuring proper tracking, communication, and execution of privacy workstreams.
• Monetization Pilot (65–70%) - A fast-moving strategy and decision-making forum for monetization efforts. The PM must coordinate meetings, summarize takeaways, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and next steps.

Role Overview:

Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead two high-impact programs involving privacy compliance and monetization strategy. The role requires handling fast-paced coordination across product, engineering, and privacy teams — including scheduling, reporting, stakeholder management, and escalation tracking.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience managing complex technical programs
• Experience working in a major U.S. tech company (e.g. Meta, Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft)
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification
• Background in a technical or engineering-focused environment
• Ability to work independently, track issues, and escalate blockers
• Excellent stakeholder communication and follow-up skills
• Strong with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Proficient in JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate privacy-related tasks across product teams (Privacy Waves)
• Support strategy and meeting execution for Monetization Pilot
• Manage schedules, reporting, and task follow-ups
• Produce clear, timely updates and reports for stakeholders
• Proactively flag risks, blockers, or alignment gaps
