We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive the development and execution of impactful product strategies.
Job Description
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our software products
- Conduct market research and identify customer needs to drive the product roadmap, balancing these needs with business objectives, and technical feasibility
- Gather feedback from customers, support teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with company goals
- Create and maintain product backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to discover and develop solutions
- Work with engineering teams in agile sprints to deliver and iterate on features
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of products/features
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in start-ups or scale-ups
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics from an accredited institution will be considered as an advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates with a strong technical background.
- Strong analytical mindset basing product decisions on data and customer needs
- Proven ability to lead initiatives independently and autonomously, demonstrating ownership and accountability with minimal oversight
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and break down complex problems into actionable tasks
- Hands-on experience in agile environments, with a strong understanding of methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and influence stakeholders across all levels
