Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Retail Marketing to drive traffic, conversion, and loyalty across our retail kitchens and pantries nationwide. This role is responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing programs that attract new pet parents into stores, strengthen community engagement, and increase repeat visits and purchases.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with the Retail, Growth Marketing, and Digital teams to connect national brand campaigns with local initiatives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on: equally comfortable planning and executing an integrated marketing and media calendar as they are activating a local pop-up, farmer’s market partnership, or guerilla sampling campaign. You’ll bring creativity and hustle to drive awareness in local communities through events, partnerships, and on-the-ground activations that make JustFoodForDogs an indispensable part of the neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the stores marketing strategy to drive new and repeat customer traffic into kitchens and pantries.
• Create and execute integrated campaigns that leverage local events, partnerships, promotions, and omnichannel touchpoints (email, paid media, SMS, direct mail, signage, etc).
• Partner closely with Retail Operations to align marketing programs with store performance goals.
• Manage geo-targeted media plans and optimize for ROI (volume of new customers and CAC).
• Analyze sales and retention data to identify growth opportunities and measure the effectiveness of store marketing initiatives.
• Own marketing budgets for retail programs and optimize spend for maximum impact.
• Lead cross-functional alignment for in-store campaigns, promotions, and messaging to ensure a consistent brand experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in omnichannel DTC, retail, or unit-based consumer services / health & wellness environments.
• Proven track record of driving traffic and conversion for stores through integrated marketing programs.
• Experience with geo-targeted and performance media, CRM/loyalty programs, and local marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
