About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IAM Governance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IAM tools, cloud platforms, and secure software design, along with solid development expertise in Python (Java is a bonus). This role requires ownership across the entire software lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable IAM solutions.
• Work on IAM programs and technologies including Okta, SailPoint, or Azure AD.
• Contribute to IAM Governance projects ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Build and support Python-based solutions; experience in Java is a plus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM systems with enterprise platforms.
• Ensure high standards of security, performance, and scalability in system design.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions following Agile and DevOps principles.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong programming experience with Python (Java is a bonus).
• Hands-on expertise with IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, or Azure AD.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability in designing scalable and secure systems.
• AWS cloud experience; familiarity with IAM integrations in cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

• SailPoint implementation experience (bonus).
• Exposure to React for front-end integration.
• Knowledge of additional IAM and security tools.
