Remote Product Designer (AI-Proficient)

The Role

As a Remote Product Designer on our team, you'll work on challenging design problems across Adobe and other AI suites, collaborating with a distributed team of specialists. You'll help contribute to our creative vision, and utilize advanced AI tools to enhance your workflow and output.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders in a fully remote environment
• Incorporate AI tools (Firefly, Generative Fill, Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.) into your design process to enhance efficiency and creativity
• Create prototypes and conduct user testing to validate design decisions
• Contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across products
• Document design decisions and processes for team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your process
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Generative Fill, Adobe Sensei features, etc.)
• Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent communication skills and comfort with remote collaboration
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
• Portfolio that demonstrates both strong design fundamentals and innovative approaches

• Experience working in a fully remote environment
