About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in analyzing large datasets to drive business decisions, build predictive models, and uncover actionable insights. This is a high-impact position where your contributions will directly influence company strategy, product direction, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Good experience into python, ML.
- Experience level of 8 Years.
- Good communication skills.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate models into production.
- Candidate should available in the PST Time zone.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data to optimize performance.
- Communicate complex analyses in a clear and effective manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously research and experiment with new algorithms, tools, and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib/seaborn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
