Growth Marketing Lead – Midwest
This is a first-on-the-ground marketing role in the US, focused on customer acquisition and retention across Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Iowa. You’ll be the local voice of the business, bridging their global team with US customers. The role is hands-on, strategic, and experimental—ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build something meaningful from scratch. This hire, along with a second to follow, will be instrumental in shaping their future US strategy. This role will start out remote, but will transition to a hybrid role in our new Chicago office opening in 2026. Candidates WILL be expected to relocate to the Chicago office next year if they are not local. Candidates MUST have experience with Sports Betting, Casino, online gambling, or a similar industry.
