Juno is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our client's Laboratory Solutions strategic marketing team. This is a remote, temporary role with strong potential to convert to full-time, supporting the buildout of a newly forming marketing function. You’ll work directly with the team’s leader to build data-driven segmentation models, optimize marketing performance, and help transition the organization to a more insights-led, scalable, and customer-centric approach.
This position is ideal for someone with classical marketing training, strong quantitative and behavioral analysis skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies across a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Segmentation Development:
- Analyze customer behavior, purchase history, product preferences, and channel usage to develop behavior-based segmentation models that can be used across marketing, sales, and eCommerce.
- Strategic Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and eComm teams to align segment insights with the marketing calendar, supplier initiatives, and sales priorities.
- Insight-Driven Messaging & Targeting:
- Build actionable profiles that enable more personalized content, messaging, and offers across email, paid media, and other channels.
- Coordination Across Channels:
- Identify and address overlaps or misalignments in campaign calendars; recommend consolidation or sequencing strategies to improve marketing execution.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Track campaign and content performance by segment, contribute to test-and-learn initiatives, and translate analytics into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Reporting & Dashboarding:
- Develop reporting tools and visual dashboards (Power BI, etc.) to support strategic planning, executive reviews, and continuous performance improvements.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years in marketing analytics, customer insights, or business analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience with behavioral segmentation and B2B or B2C marketing strategy
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, QlikView, Snowflake, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (C4C, Adobe, Marketo)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments
- Persuasive and organized, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and navigate organizational complexity
- Experience in life sciences, technical products, or eCommerce is highly preferred
