Juno is looking for a talented Field Marketing Manager (FMM) to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives by serving as the primary liaison between our external marketing agency partners and field operators across multiple locations. This role ensures effective communication, alignment on objectives, and consistency in brand execution at both the local and national level. This role will operate remotely, but will have occasional office visits (1-2x a month).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead contact for external marketing agencies
- Act as a marketing advisor and support resource for field operators
- Develop media briefs that outline business objectives, budgets, timelines, and target audiences
- Manage incoming marketing inquiries and provide timely, informed responses
- Ensure brand standards and creative consistency across locations
- Lead regular business reviews to communicate marketing plans, promotional windows, and performance insights
- Oversee marketing spend, agreements, and associated documentation
- Align local marketing activities with national campaigns and corporate strategy
- Maintain an annual marketing calendar and assist with planning local promotional offers
- Collaborate with analytics teams to review performance and present actionable insights
- Manage invoicing, billing, and budget tracking
- Coordinate with creative teams on asset selection and approvals
- Support internal marketing initiatives and other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or within an advertising agency
- Experience supporting marketing efforts across multi-location or distributed business models
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
