We are a results-driven Amazon marketing agency looking for a junior-to-mid-level Advertising Manager who can develop and execute effective advertising strategies focused on growth and profitability. The right candidate will not only manage campaigns and follow detailed SOPs but also proactively analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and implement strategic optimizations to scale accounts successfully.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing their workload independently while consistently delivering measurable results. They should be able to balance strategic decision-making with hands-on execution, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and drive sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon PPC Campaign Management: Execute and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns based on detailed SOPs.
Keyword Strategy & Bid Optimization: Conduct structured keyword harvesting, bid adjustments, and search term negation in accordance with our SOPs.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign KPIs (ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CVR) and provide actionable insights based on data-driven decision-making.
Budget Management: Maintain ad spend efficiency while driving revenue growth, ensuring all decisions align with ROAS and ACoS targets.
Competitor & Market Research: Monitor industry trends, conduct competitor conquesting strategies, and refine advertising approaches accordingly.
Ad Testing & Optimization: Run structured A/B tests on placements, bid strategies, and targeting types to improve performance.
Process Adherence: Follow, execute, and update SOPs meticulously—we do not tolerate deviation from structured processes unless optimizations are backed by clear data and reasoning.
Collaboration & Communication: Work with internal teams to ensure advertising strategies align with overall business goals.
Meeting Attendance: Be available for daily and weekly stand-up meetings in the mornings (EST). Communication and alignment with the team are critical.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Amazon PPC management with proven success in campaign optimization.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Amazon Ads Console, Seller Central, Vendor Central and industry tools like Helium 10, MerchantSpring, DataRova, and JungleScout.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with ClickUp or other project management tools.
Excellent English comprehension and ability to follow detailed written instructions.
Preferred: Amazon Advertising Certification or other relevant PPC certifications.
