Social Media Design: Create engaging graphics for LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.
Trade Show & Booth Graphics: Design booth visuals, banners, signage, and marketing materials for trade shows and events.
Digital Ads: Adapt social media graphics for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
A/B Testing: Develop and test static vs. motion graphics to optimize engagement.
Creative Strategy: Read ad/social content descriptions and proactively conceptualize designs that align with messaging.
• Work within brand guidelines to produce design and content that drives brand awareness, lead generation, community engagement, and conversions.
• Proactively manage projects within deadlines while ensuring brand integrity and accuracy.
• Own the design production of digital and print content.
• Support the creation and production of digital assets for a variety of platforms, including web and mobile, of social media posts, blog posts, and emails in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
• Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail by reviewing and proofing work, ensuring it adheres to stakeholder requests before submitting for approval.
Submit all creative and production to the Sr. Creative Brand Manager for approval
Requirements:
Experience designing for social media, trade shows, and digital ads.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field
Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic design role. Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a cybersecurity, technology, or related field is a plus
Excellent sense of layout and design with strong attention to detail and typographic skills
Portfolio of relevant work examples that includes details of your responsibility in the project
Experience creating impactful, on-brand content in multiple forms of media
Experience working in Webflow to create and edit web content is a plus
Working knowledge of SEO and web KPIs and metrics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator (vector graphics, layouts)
Photoshop (image editing, retouching)
InDesign (print materials, trade show collateral)
Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn designs.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset in understanding and applying brand strategy.
