Core Responsibilities

• Implement innovative marketing strategies online, crafting compelling content, and develop digital marketing strategies that drive qualified leads.
• Mentor and support team members to develop their personalized action plans, identify goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Engage in self-paced daily marketing and AI training as well as live bi-weekly Zoom training.
• Continue to personally develop yourself daily through your personal development courses.
• Run paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram, and YouTube to help grow your business.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels for consistent, scalable results (training included).
• Lead others with spirit, support and training.
• Mentor and collaborate with other ambitious professionals in the community.
• Participate in weekly training and global events for ongoing growth

Who We Are Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, sales, social media, business development, management, or leadership.
• Self-Led Professional with an independent, business mindset and a strong drive for big results.
• Take initiative, has a solid drive and thrives in an autonomous environment
• Comfortable with online platforms, AI, digital tools, and remote collaboration (a plus but not necessary).
• Strong communicator who enjoys inspiring and mentoring others.
• Passionate about personal growth, leadership, and lifestyle freedom.
• Organized, self-driven with a big why.
• Passion for self-development and success education
• Coachable and open to new ideas in marketing

Requirements

• Laptop or computer with a reliable internet connection.

• Positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.  Determination is key.

• Dedication of at least 10–15 hours per week to build and grow your online success.

• Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus but not required.

• No prior direct sales experience needed – helpful, but full training provided
