We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to execute data-driven campaigns that drive appointments, pipeline, and marketing attributed revenue.
This is a hands-on role – perfect for a data-driven marketer who thrives on testing, learning, and scaling what works. You’ll take full ownership of the digital customer journey, from acquisition to conversion, and deliver campaigns that generate measurable results.
As part of a small, agile team, you’ll help shape and optimise our proven demand generation engine across multiple digital channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Own demand generation across digital channels including web, SEO, email, and social—focused on generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline.
- Plan, build, and execute full-funnel campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and measurable ROI.
- Manage our website (WordPress) as a key engagement asset – owning optimisation, onsite SEO, content publishing, CRO, and agency coordination where required.
- Deliver and optimise email campaigns using Marketo Engage, including program setup, asset creation, and ongoing performance analysis and optimisation.
- Collaborate on and own social media execution, including content creation and scheduling, and amplification using tools like Oktopost and Adobe Photoshop. Optimise and manage the Linkedin business page, Google and Youtube channels.
- Analyse performance metrics and own reporting accuracy, providing clear insights into campaign performance, channel ROI, and growth levers.
- Test, learn, and iterate, running A/B tests across channels to constantly improve performance and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of trends, bringing new ideas and innovations into your growth playbook—from AI tools to channel shifts and MarTech.
Your skills and experience
- Min 3 years experience in a growth, demand generation, or performance marketing role (B2B experience is essential, ideally in Professional Services or Agency).
- Deep knowledge of digital channels, with hands-on experience in on page SEO, email marketing, and web management.
- Must have min. 3 years experience working with Marketo Engage to build and execute campaigns.
- Confident user of tools like WordPress, Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, Adobe Photoshop, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Highly analytical mindset, with experience tracking KPIs and reporting ROI by channel.
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys, conversion funnels, and lead generation strategies.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
- A natural self-starter and experimenter, always looking for ways to improve and scale performance.
