Duties

- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL, and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
- Oversee content management systems like WordPress and implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enhancements for website improvements.
- Coordinate social media management efforts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop for compelling graphic design and content visuals.
- Execute conversion optimization strategies to increase lead generation and sales through A/B testing and performance marketing techniques.
- Support email marketing campaigns by crafting copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign metrics for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), B2B marketing, e-commerce strategies, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics for campaign management and analysis.
- Experience with content management systems like WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website updates.
- Expertise in social media marketing management across multiple platforms using social media management tools.
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Ability to implement conversion optimization techniques through analytics-driven insights.
