join us on this exciting journey.
About the Role
As the Growth Marketing Director, you will collaboratively spearhead the company’s
comprehensive growth strategy, reporting directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate
needs to be an expert across the digital marketing landscape. This hands-on position
entails identifying and leading critical growth initiatives across paid media, affiliate
marketing, PR, partnerships, and SEO to enhance revenue and profitability. You will
oversee campaigns, optimize funnels, and explore new channels, all while directly
influencing product visibility and customer acquisition. This remote position is open to
candidates across the United States and may involve occasional travel.
Responsibilities
Lead Growth Initiatives: Take ownership of scaling paid media, affiliate
marketing, PR, partnerships, and SEO programs to boost awareness and
conversions.
Drive Innovation: Identify new growth opportunities and channels to expand
The company’s presence in existing and new markets.
Manage Key Channels: Directly oversee and optimize performance marketing
campaigns, affiliate networks, and partnerships.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the creative team to develop assets
and guide strategic direction; collaborate with Amazon and product teams for
integrated campaigns.
Analyze and Improve: Continuously monitor performance, analyze data, and
optimize marketing strategies to achieve KPIs.
Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget to balance
growth and efficiency, ensuring ROI across all channels.
Ideal Candidate
You are a creative thinker, skilled at aligning our products’ competitive advantages with
customer expectations across different experience levels and budgets. With over 10
years of hands-on experience in driving e-commerce and consumer product growth, you
excel at experimenting with new strategies, staying ahead of marketing trends, and
leveraging tools and platforms to bring your vision to life. Data-driven and results oriented,
you have a proven track record of scaling marketing channels effectively.
Requirements
Creative mind and confidence to propose new ideas,
10+ years of e-commerce growth marketing experience, preferably with
consumer product brands.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns and annual marketing budgets.
Strong expertise in paid media, affiliate marketing, PR, partnerships, and SEO.
Proven ability to analyze performance data and implement data-driven
improvements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strategic mindset.
