Project Manager (Marketing/Commercial/CRM/ERP)

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead separation and integration initiatives across our marketing, commercial, and order-to-cash systems. This role will be central to ensuring our spin-off is Day 1 ready, with seamless lead-to-order and order-to-cash workflows. The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale system migrations or carve-outs, translating business needs into technical requirements, and coordinating delivery across internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across markeitng automation, CRM, CMS, and finance systems (Marketo, Salesforce, AEM, ERP). , including planning, requirements gathering, execution, testing, and delivery.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT Teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment on spinco readiness goals. Analyze lead-to-order and order-to-cash process, identify risks and designing technology-enabled solutions. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including requirements, user stories, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, vendors, budgets, and risks.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear, regular updates to leadership.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business, technical, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in project management and/or business analysis within IT, marketing, or commercial systems. .
• Demonstrated experience with CRM/marketing automation, CMS/DXP, AEM, and ERP integrations
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and IT project management practices.
• Experience writing requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• AWS cloud experience (architectural knowledge, migration, or service integration) strongly preferred.
• Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, or similar) is a plus.
