• Looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager.
• Must have strong management and coordination skills
• Diligence for dependency management escalation and motivation. This role requires heavy Agile, Scrum with a heavy load on coordination and speed.
• Someone who can also function in a Scrum Master capacity.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years leading complex IT projects/initiatives (Mid – Senior level)
• Project Management Implementation – Hands on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Possess superb communication and people-interaction skills, and can collaborate and partner with others within and outside the team.
• Effective facilitator who can actively listen, remain neutral, ensure all voices are heard and ask open ended questions. Ability to triage with key stakeholders, business partners and development team to drive delivery end to end. Go above facilitating.
• Ability to adapt the methodology to the situation (not rigid).
• Strong technical exposure and experience in web application development
• Servant Leadership mentality and empowers others to do their best work.
• A change agent who advocates for continuous improvement and is Innovative, Analytical and a Strategic Problem solver
• Agile enthusiast who can mentor others and has a deep knowledge and/or experience with multiple frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.

• Use of Metrics to visualize how the team is performing and where they can improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years leading complex IT projects/initiatives
• Strong technical exposure and experience in web application development; Content Management (CMS or SDL Tridion) a plus
• Hands on experience running technology initiatives, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Experience leading, influencing and collaborating in a matrix-managed environment and across multiple, diverse groups
• Experience leading an Agile team; Scrum Master Certification, a plus
• Experience with Jira and/or Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field
