The Role: Technical Lead (ATS Expert)
We are looking for a Technical Lead with deep, specialized experience in building and scaling Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This is a high-impact role where you will be the primary architect of our recruitment solutions, ensuring they are functional, reliable, and capable of handling enterprise-level complexity.
You will guide the technical direction, mentor a focused engineering team, and collaborate with product stakeholders to deliver world-class recruitment infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable ATS solutions using modern architectural patterns and frameworks.
- Technical Roadmap: Lead the development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring technical decisions align with long-term business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements from product managers and clients into precise technical specifications.
- Engineering Excellence: Maintain high code quality through rigorous reviews and technical mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Integration & Stability: Ensure seamless interoperability between our ATS and other recruitment technologies, prioritizing system stability and a frictionless user experience.
- Innovation: Monitor the HR Tech landscape to integrate relevant emerging technologies and features into our core platform.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years in professional software development, with at least 3 years focused specifically on building ATS or high-scale recruitment platforms.
- Leadership: Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a high-growth, innovation-led environment.
- Technical Depth: Expertise in software design patterns, system architecture, and proficiency in modern programming languages/frameworks.
- Problem Solving: A data-driven approach to solving complex engineering hurdles and optimizing system performance.
- Communication: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs and architectural decisions to both engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders.
