Role

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic SEO Specialist with 5–8 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in technical SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), content strategy, backlink acquisition, multilingual SEO, and experience working on enterprise websites with 10M+ pages.

The candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving qualified traffic, and building scalable SEO strategies for both single-language and multilingual websites. This role requires someone who can work cross-functionally with developers, content creators, and marketing leads while staying deeply analytical and up-to-date on the latest SEO trends.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage end-to-end SEO strategies including technical, on-page, off-page, and international SEO.
Develop scalable SEO frameworks for enterprise websites with 10M+ pages, ensuring crawl efficiency, indexation control, and performance optimization.
Perform in-depth competitor analysis to uncover keyword gaps, backlink opportunities, and strategic insights to inform the SEO roadmap.
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, resolve crawl errors, optimize Core Web Vitals, and ensure site architecture aligns with SEO best practices.
Improve crawl budget management, log file analysis, and indexation strategies for large-scale websites.
Develop and execute Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to capture Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, and voice search placements.
Lead keyword research and content planning aligned with business goals and user intent.
Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize SEO-driven content.
Develop and manage white-hat link-building strategies and digital PR campaigns.
Implement and maintain multilingual SEO best practices, including hreflang tags, localized keyword strategies, and international site structure optimization.
Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Stay current with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and competitor movements to proactively adjust strategy.
Take ownership of SEO KPIs and continuously test, iterate, and optimize for performance.

Requirements

5–8 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving organic growth across complex and enterprise-level websites.
Experience managing SEO for large-scale websites (10M+ pages) with strong understanding of crawl budget optimization, index management, and scalable architecture.
Strong expertise in technical SEO, site health, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
Demonstrated experience with competitor analysis tools and frameworks.
Experience with multilingual and international SEO, including hreflang implementation and regional content strategies.
Familiarity with AEO techniques, including SERP feature optimization and structured data.
Deep understanding of content marketing and keyword-driven content development.
Proven success in backlink acquisition and off-page SEO strategy.
Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, etc.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from data.
Self-starter with a take-ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and CMS experience (e.g., WordPress).
Baidu SEO experience is good to have, including familiarity with Baidu Webmaster Tools, Chinese SERP ecosystem, and localization best practices.
