We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to act as the right hand to our CMO — a strategic executor who will lead high-impact projects, bring operational clarity, and help scale our brand from the ground up. This is a key role at the heart of our marketing engine, responsible for orchestrating cross-functional campaigns, owning product launches, and aligning day-to-day execution with our broader vision.
You’ll manage marketing initiatives end-to-end — from planning to performance — collaborating with product, content, and design teams to create campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and meaningful engagement. With a deep understanding of integrated marketing, performance data, and creative storytelling, you'll translate insights into action and strategy into results.
This role requires someone with proven experience in fast-paced, international startup environments, who is equally strong in strategic thinking and hands-on execution. A background in product analytics, automation, and CRM systems is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and align cross-functional marketing teams — including PR, Social Media, Paid Acquisition, Content, and Lifecycle — ensuring seamless collaboration, clear communication, and consistent progress toward shared goals. Facilitate regular check-ins, manage project timelines, and ensure each team is up to date, supported, and driving toward key performance indicators (KPIs). Serve as the central point of coordination to keep all marketing functions moving in sync and delivering measurable results.
Improve and scale marketing operations by designing and refining internal workflows, documentation, sprint cycles, and process systems. Drive operational excellence that supports creative output, cross-team collaboration, and the continuous delivery of high-quality marketing work.
Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution, aligning each initiative with marketing, product, and growth objectives. Coordinate digital, in-product, email, content, and paid media efforts to ensure a unified and high-impact customer experience across all touchpoints.
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features, product rollouts, and subscription offerings. Own the full lifecycle of a launch — from planning and positioning to crafting compelling messaging, enabling internal teams, coordinating channel activation, and ensuring post-launch optimization.
Design, implement, and optimize subscriber lifecycle strategies across onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, and reactivation. Strategize and manage personalized journeys, trigger-based campaigns, and educational content that deepens product value and customer loyalty.
Oversee campaign and creative development, including writing briefs, guiding messaging frameworks, managing agency relationships, reviewing assets, and coordinating final delivery across marketing platforms. Ensure all outputs align with brand identity, voice, and strategic goals across regions and channels.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, including ROI, conversion rates, engagement metrics, customer satisfaction, and LTV. Turn data into insight by identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where to iterate — using these learnings to continually refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Create clear, actionable marketing reports that track campaign performance, channel effectiveness, customer behavior, and progress toward key KPIs. Consolidate insights from multiple sources into concise dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders. Use these reports to inform strategic decisions, surface opportunities, and continuously improve marketing outcomes.
