The Role

• Managing complex diaries and inboxes
• Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
• Handling expenses and key deliverables
• Collaborating with other Assistants for seamless coverage
• Supporting ad hoc projects

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years EA experience in a fast-paced international environment, within financial or professional services
• Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with strong communication abilities
• Languages: Fluent in German and English (written & verbal); French is a plus
• Mindset: Positive, can-do attitude and thrives in fast-paced, international settings
