✨ About Our Marketing & International Expansion Teams
At Joko, our Marketing team is both a creative powerhouse and a data-driven engine. From building a distinctive brand to scaling growth through automation and AI, we're on a mission to make shopping smarter and serve our users better, globally.
As we accelerate our international expansion, the US is our top priority. Two of our co-founders, Nico and Xavier, are leading the International Expansion team from NYC, supported by Janna, our US Partnership Lead in California, and Laura, our International Expansion Manager in Lyon.
In this role, you'll report directly to Luisa, our Head of Brand & Communications in the Marketing team based in Barcelona. You will be part of the Marketing team and work closely with the Founders and the International Expansion team to ensure seamless and lasting impact in the US market.
🎯 What you will do
We're looking for a US Marketing Manager to lead all US-focused marketing efforts at Joko.
You'll be responsible for making sure our brand, campaigns, and content truly connect with American consumers. From defining strategy to executing campaigns, you'll be in charge of conceptualizing and producing all US Marketing assets - from lifecycle to promotional CRM campaigns - as well as managing the US Campaign Calendar and merchandising strategies.
You'll work closely with our Europe-based Marketing team, acting as the bridge between the US market and our global vision. That's why we're looking for someone based in Europe: this role requires tight day-to-day collaboration with our team here, while also bringing strong cultural knowledge of the US.
This is a unique opportunity for an agile, hands-on marketer who understands both the American audience and the dynamics of working in a fast-paced international environment.
