⚡️Who we are
We help consumers shop smarter. Our ambition is to revolutionize the way people shop, empowering them to find what they need, make informed purchasing decisions, and save money.
Joko is a tech company founded in Paris. Our team of over 80 talents is international and spread across offices in Paris, Barcelona and New York, or working remotely.
As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of the communities we serve, including the 4 million consumers already using Joko to save money every day at over 7,000 merchants.
Over the years, we have quickly expanded our value proposition to enable consumers to make smarter shopping decisions through many features: cash back, buy now and pay later, automatic coupons, price drop alerts, carbon footprint tracking, and more. Today, we are dedicating significant resources to developing an AI-powered assistant that helps users find the right product based on their criteria for price, quality, or environmental impact from the global e-commerce catalog.
After reaching profitability in our core market, we are now expanding internationally with a primary focus on the US.
It’s still day 1; come build the future of shopping with us!
🔥 Our AI Automation team
At Joko, we’re on a mission to scale smarter and faster, with AI at the core. We believe that becoming AI-first isn’t just about adopting new tools: it’s about reimagining how work is done across the company.
That's why we've created a new AI Automation Team, reporting directly to our CTO and co-founder, Alex. This team plays a pivotal role in transforming how Joko operates, partnering with every team, from Product & Engineering to Care & Finance, to design and deploy powerful automation solutions that boost our efficiency at scale.
By combining deep technical skillsets with strong business acumen, we aim to build intelligent systems that don't just eliminate repetitive tasks, but fundamentally change how teams work and make decisions.
We don't just see AI as a way to do the same work with fewer people; we see it as a multiplier that helps us accomplish much more. This team’s mission is to lead that charge, not just by automating tasks, but by designing smarter ways of working for all of Joko.
🎯 What You Will Do
As an AI Automation Engineer, you'll be at the center of the AI transformation at Joko. You’ll analyze operations, identify opportunities to automate using AI, and deliver robust, scalable solutions, fully integrated into the company’s systems and workflows.
Working closely with our CTO and partnering with teams across the company (Care, Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.), you’ll rethink how things are done and lead high-impact automation projects from end to end. From diagnosing bottlenecks to designing, developing, and deploying smart solutions, you’ll own the entire lifecycle.
This role isn’t about stitching together no-code tools. It’s about building production-grade systems that drive long-term impact.
🤖 AI-powered projects
You'll lead strategic AI initiatives from idea to production, such as:
You won't just be handed specs. You'll identify the problem, design the solution, and ship the system.
