Overview
Joist AI is looking for a growth-focused marketer to lead our demand generation and lifecycle efforts. You’ll own programs across paid media, ABM, lead nurture, and funnel analytics—working closely with sales, product, and content marketing to drive pipeline and revenue. What You’ll Do
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Lead multi-channel acquisition programs and campaigns, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, and SEO.
- Drive continuous optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
Account-Based Marketing & Lead Nurture
- Partner with sales to build and execute integrated ABM campaigns that target high-priority accounts.
- Design and launch nurture programs to engage and educate leads throughout the buying journey.
- Tailor messaging to segmented audiences based on firmographic and behavioral signals.
Lifecycle Marketing & Funnel Optimization
- Own the strategy for lifecycle workflows, from top-of-funnel awareness through SQL conversion.
- Build out scoring models and trigger-based nurture tracks to accelerate handoffs to sales.
- Implement retargeting and re-engagement campaigns to reduce lead drop-off.
Analytics & Experimentation
- Define, monitor, and report on key KPIs (pipeline contribution, MQL to SQL conversion, CAC, ROAS, etc.).
- Run ongoing A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and email sequences to drive efficiency.
- Use insights from HubSpot, Apollo, GA, and similar to refine campaigns and messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and content to align campaign messaging and timing.
- Support product launches and go-to-market strategies with targeted demand campaigns.
- Roll-up your sleeves to help with other marketing initiatives when needed.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation and growth marketing experience, with at least 3 in SaaS or tech.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
- Strong command of performance marketing, campaign building and data visualization tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Experience executing ABM programs and lifecycle campaigns.
- Analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data to inform strategy and improve ROI.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience working closely with multiple teams. You will work closely with our sales, product and content teams to complement and build upon their current strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and an obsession for managing data.
- A hunger for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of technology advancements in marketing.
- Bonus: Past experience in the architectural, engineering or construction industry.
