Job Title: Graphic Designer – Meta / Google Ads

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated English-speaking graphic designer to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a creative professional with experience designing high-performing ads for Meta and Google and a passion for creating visually impactful, conversion-driven content.
In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to bring ad concepts to life based on provided creative briefs. We’re looking for someone who can quickly iterate on existing designs, create new variations based on performance insights, and bring fresh ideas to help us maximize our campaigns' effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Social Media Ads: Create eye-catching and effective social media ad designs based on provided creative briefs, with a focus on driving conversions and engagement.
- Ad Iteration: Rapidly produce new ad variations based on top-performing creative, continually testing and refining designs to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the team to understand the strategy and goals behind each campaign and ensure all visuals align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
- Stay Current on Trends: Keep up with design and platform trends to ensure ad content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
- Receive and Incorporate Feedback: Respond to feedback efficiently, adjusting designs as needed to align with performance goals.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in graphic design for social media. Previous experience designing ads for social media platforms is required. Please provide a portfolio or samples of past work demonstrating your ability to create effective social media ad designs.
- Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to quickly produce new iterations and adapt designs based on performance data and marketing insights.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Canva. We predominantly work in Canva. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Understanding of Social Media Ads: Knowledge of best practices for social media ad design and an understanding of what drives engagement and conversions across different platforms.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interpret creative briefs and communicate effectively with team members about design choices and concepts.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in design specifications and consistency across ad formats.
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in English.
