Salary Range: USD $2000 – USD $3000 per month + Bonus – Depending on experience

Location: 100% Remote

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Facebook Marketing Expert with 5+ years of proven experience driving measurable results through Meta Ads. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for Facebook and Instagram campaigns aimed at maximizing ROI and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage advanced Facebook & Instagram ad strategies.
• Create high-performing ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting.
• Manage full campaign lifecycle: setup, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
• Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Implement retargeting and lookalike campaigns for higher engagement and sales.
• Stay updated on Facebook Ads algorithm changes, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with significant budgets.
• Proven track record of delivering high ROI and scaling campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and event tracking.
• Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Up-to-date with latest Facebook/Instagram trends, formats, and policies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify, or CRM integrations.
• Creative mindset for producing engaging ad content.
