About Us
JobsFlow.ai is reimagining how businesses hire and manage talent in the age of AI. We combine intelligent agents, automated workflows, and modern UI design to help recruiters and job seekers move faster, with less friction. Our platform supports both human and AI talent discovery, enabling organizations to screen, match, and hire in one seamless flow. With enterprise-grade infrastructure and an AI-first approach, we’re building tools that simplify complexity—making hiring feel intuitive, not overwhelming.
Role Overview
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who excels in designing clean, efficient, and scalable interfaces for AI-first products. You should understand how to make AI feel helpful—not overwhelming—through thoughtful design that supports agentic behavior, human-in-the-loop systems, and clear affordances.
You’ll work closely with engineers, product leads, and founders to design enterprise tools that look modern and feel intuitive, without clutter or cognitive overload.
What You’ll Do
- Own the design process end-to-end: from discovery and wireframes to final UI and dev handoff
- Design systems and components in Figma with scalability in mind
- Create simple, elegant enterprise workflows for AI-powered tools
- Apply AI-first design thinking: build for intelligent agents, contextual UI, and feedback loops
- Prioritize clarity and simplicity (KISS) in every design decision
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure clean implementation, and iterate based on user behavior
- Develop and maintain a component library that aligns with ShadCN, Tailwind, and React-based design systems
- Drive UX research and usability testing to validate ideas quickly and continuously
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 3+ years designing web apps (ideally B2B or enterprise SaaS)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Deep understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and component-based design
- Familiarity with agentic UI patterns, intelligent assistants, or dynamic decision-making interfaces
- Strong instincts for simplicity, usability, and minimalism — KISS is second nature
- Portfolio showcasing designs for data-heavy or workflow-based applications
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI tools (Langchain, RAG pipelines, or similar) from a UX perspective
- Light frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, React) to collaborate closely with dev teams
- Experience building and maintaining a design system for multi-role applications
- Familiarity with tools like Framer, Lottie, or motion design libraries
Why Join Us
- Build foundational design for an AI-native product with real-world impact
- Work in a fast-paced environment with experienced AI engineers and operators
- Remote-first culture with flexible hours and high ownership
- Competitive compensation and early-stage equity
