Senior UI/UX Designer

About The Role

We seek an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design efforts across complex, AI-powered platforms. This isn't just about crafting beautiful interfaces but solving deeply technical and abstract problems through design clarity.

You'll work at the core of a cross-functional team to humanize machine intelligence, simplify multi-step workflows, and translate data-heavy insights into intuitive and elegant experiences. What You'll Do

• Own the full design lifecycle from discovery through delivery across web and mobile products.
• Design scalable interfaces for AI/ML models, data visualization tools, and workflow-heavy environments.
• Turn complexity into clarity-crafting flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science to align design with technical capabilities.
• Lead design critiques, contribute to product strategy, and influence long-term UX vision.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and system constraints.
• Develop and maintain robust design systems and reusable UI patterns.
• Conduct and apply research, user testing, and behavioral insights to improve user interaction.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, including work on complex or AI/data-driven products.
• A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, end-to-end ownership, and systems-level design solutions.
• Strong skills in Figma (or equivalent), prototyping tools, and user research methodologies.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience working on enterprise-level platforms, dashboards, or multi-role SaaS applications.
• Ability to make sense of technical, dynamic, or abstract data and visualize it.
• Excellent communication skills-articulate design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points For

• Exposure to AI/ML product design, explainability, or automation systems.
• Experience designing with or for engineering-heavy or research-oriented teams.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries or tools (D3.js, Tableau, etc.).
• Understanding of front-end frameworks (React, HTML/CSS) for design-to-dev alignment.
