Visual Designer III

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Visual Designer III. Come join us as a Visual Designer on the Brand & Marketing team. This Design role is fully remote but does require the candidate to work west coast hours. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about design, a collaborative team player, creative problem solver, strong communicator, and a constant advocate for the customer.

What you'll do:

• Gain product knowledge about our money solutions
• Design meaningful and purpose-driven E2E experiences through email and in-product channels that inform and guide customers toward taking the next best action for their business
• Work within a cross-functional pod to collaborate with other designers, content strategists, product managers, and marketers to drive results toward business objectives while commanding a positive mindset
• Have a systems mindset, knowing how to leverage and uphold a robust design system across multiple marketing channels
• Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
• Work on multiple projects at a time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing-related design with an online portfolio of relevant visual design work and proven business impact
• Advanced experience with Figma including component libraries, optimizing and exporting assets
• Strong business acumen and experience in partnering directly with marketers and other designers
• Understanding of generative AI tools and best practices
• Working knowledge of content management systems
• A deeply ingrained desire to make all design functional and beautiful through email, and in-product marketing funnels
• Curiosity and commitment to new ideas and innovating to drive business results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Explaining design rationale concisely and effectively
• A portfolio demonstrating your strong craft and collaborative process

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
