Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Description:

Job Overview:

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and/or mobile platforms. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, usable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Apply human-centered design principles and usability best practices to solve real user problems
• Collaborate with Product Managers to interpret requirements and define experience solutions
• Create and iterate designs based on user research, usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback
• Contribute to and follow established design systems, UI standards, and accessibility guidelines
• Clearly communicate design rationale through presentations, walkthroughs, and documentation
• Support engineering handoff with design specs and implementation guidance
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging best practices

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual craftsmanship
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability
• Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus
