About The Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer (Design Systems Specialist) to join our team and play a key role in shaping and maintaining a unified design system across desktop and mobile applications for our marketing website and purchase buyflow.

This role will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver consistent, scalable, and accessible user experiences across all digital platforms. Candidates with telecom domain experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive the evolution and adoption of our design system across desktop and mobile interfaces.
Partner with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, product) to ensure seamless integration of design standards.
Create high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes in Figma aligned with design system principles.
Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including component specifications, usage guidelines, and interaction patterns.
Ensure design system components meet WCAG accessibility standards.
Deliver developer-ready assets and specifications in Figma to support efficient implementation.
Stay current with industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement of the design system.
Advocate for responsive design best practices across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

3 5 years of professional UX design experience, with a strong portfolio of design system work for desktop and mobile applications.
Proven expertise in building, documenting, and maintaining design systems.
Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Advanced Figma skills, including prototyping and component creation for developer handoff.
Understanding of front-end development principles and ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Telecommunications / Internet Service Provider industry experience (highly preferred).
