Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX design efforts for healthcare-related digital products
• Conduct user research with patients, providers, and stakeholders to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces that comply with HIPAA and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Map user journeys, create personas, and document interaction flows to align stakeholders on user needs.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff.
• Use usability testing and A/B testing to validate design assumptions and continuously iterate.
• Stay informed about industry trends, clinical workflows, and evolving patient expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with at least 1 years in the healthcare industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI work, particularly on healthcare or health-adjacent products.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA), patient privacy, and data security best practices.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
