UX Product Designer

Dallas, TX or Remote

Long-Term Contract: $100 per hour

Our client is in search of a Product Designer to collaborate and work closely with their Product and Engineering teams. You will develop user-centered designs based on research, insights and best practices. You will also drive a continual cycle for design iterations.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of UX/Product Design experience
• Solid understanding of design point of view and aesthetics
• Experience with the latest design tools (figma, adobe, etc)
• You are an expert in UX best practices and design
• iOS, Android and responsive web design experience
• Demonstrated experience working with research, product, marketing, and engineering teams
• Ability to translate user research, user needs, and product data to make informed design solutions Track record for delivering end-to-end solutions from initial concepts to measurable outcomes
• Experience presenting work and rationale to senior leadership and advocating for user needs in the context of business and technology drivers
• Experience working in a collaborative, very fast paced environment utilizing tools like Confluence and Jira
• A portfolio website or PDF with application with examples of mobile and responsive web product design
• Experience shipping high level software applications at scale
