Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher / UX Design Leader to drive user experience strategy for digital products in the Fintech domain. The ideal candidate will lead UX research, usability, and design initiatives focused on consumer lending platforms such as mortgages, consumer loans, auto loans, and commercial lending solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric digital experiences.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in UX research, product design, and usability
• Strong experience leading UX teams and design initiatives
• Expertise in user research, usability testing, user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies
• Experience working with digital platforms or fintech products
• Familiarity with Generative AI / GPT models, LLMs, and conversational AI
• Experience integrating voice assistants (Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri) into user experiences
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field

Responsibilities

• Define and implement UX strategy and design vision for digital lending products
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve user experience
• Create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals
• Lead and mentor UX designers, researchers, and usability testers
• Integrate AI-driven and conversational experiences into digital products
• Ensure high-quality, user-centered design solutions across platforms
