UX Designer(Experience with AI-integrated Applications)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented UX Designer with a strong track record in creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences, particularly for applications that leverage AI-driven features. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex AI capabilities into simple, user-friendly interactions, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for end-users.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
• Proven experience designing applications that incorporate AI-driven features or workflows.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Experience in conducting user research and applying insights to design improvements.
• Familiarity with agile development environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the publishing, education, or healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of data visualization principles.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

Work Hours:

• Must work in EST (preferred) or CST time zones to collaborate effectively with the team.
