User Experience (UX) Designer

Description

Robert Half has a client seeking a Senior UX Designer who has experience designing emails. This is a 3 month long consulting opportunity that can be done remotely during normal business hours (EST). This role is ideal for someone who can both advise on best practices and execute hands-on design work across web and email platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Support lead generation efforts through impactful digital experiences
• Provide expert guidance on digital UX strategy, layout optimization, and user engagement.
• Consult on short-term website updates with a focus on conversion and usability.
• Design compelling, responsive email layouts that drive client engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to build emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). No prior SFMC experience required-just a strong foundation in email design and layout best practices.
• Advise stakeholders on digital design best practices and lead generation strategies.
• Be hands-on with design tools and workflows to deliver high-quality assets quickly.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proficiency inFigmafor wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.
• Strong background inemail marketing design, including layout, responsiveness, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and leadership teams.
• Experience in lead generation-focused design is a major plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with designing and building emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms.
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
• Portfolio showcasing UX and email design work with measurable impact.
