Job Description:

" UI/UX Design: Design and enhance user interfaces for web applications using the Blazor framework, ensuring consistency with branding and best design practices.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.

User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA engineers to translate product requirements into engaging and functional designs.

Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across different projects.

Responsive Design: Design for a variety of screen sizes, ensuring consistent experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

UI Development Support: Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately in the Blazor framework, providing design assets and specifications. " " Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous work (web applications, mobile apps, etc.).

Experience with Blazor (knowledge of Blazor components, layout patterns, and integrations).

Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, UI design, and prototyping.

Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to better understand design constraints and collaboration with development teams.

Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and principles.

Ability to create user-centric designs that meet both business goals and user needs.

Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Detail-oriented with a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs. "
