Title: Sr. UX/UI Designer

Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite – 5 days/week | Up to 3 remote days/month)

Required Skills

7+ years of UX/UI design experience

Strong design-thinking and consultative approach

Customer-focused with high user empathy

Experience across web, mobile, kiosk, and in-store design

Strong portfolio (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI)

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite

Solid knowledge of UX principles, responsive design, ADA/WCAG

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related

Nice to Have

Front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Experience in e-commerce/retail platforms

Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar

A/B testing & conversion optimization experience
