Position: Sr. UX Engineer

Responsibilities

• The UX Designer will work independently on design initiatives, leveraging research insights and industry best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly designs
• This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and user needs
• Support UX design efforts on mid-sized projects, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms
• Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to communicate design intent
• Partner with UX researchers to analyze user data and translate findings into actionable design improvements
• Conduct experience audits, competitive/comparative analysis and confirm design proposals are meeting market expectations
• Develop and refine information architecture and user flows
• Participate in and occasionally lead design critiques and stakeholder reviews
• Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and interaction design
• Work closely with product teams and developers to understand product goals, requirements, and constraints, ensuring design implementation meets standards
• Support UX strategy development and contribute to design system evolution

Required Experience

• 5+ years of UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma, UI
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience working within an Agile development process
• Strong ability to balance user needs with business objectives
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Understanding of accessibility and usability principles

Preferred experience in E-commerce and/or financial background would be helpful but not required.
