Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences for mission-critical digital products. You will play a strategic role in shaping end-to-end product experiences—from discovery and ideation through prototyping, testing, and launch. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and end users, you will turn complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

This role requires a strong foundation in Engineering, UX/UI design, systems thinking, and product strategy, as well as the ability to lead design initiatives across multiple platforms and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the design of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Translate conceptual ideas and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, user research sessions, and usability testing to validate concepts and improve designs iteratively.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing technical feasibility, business objectives, and constraints.
• Build and evolve design systems and component libraries for consistency and efficiency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UX, UI, and product design.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design expertise across multiple platforms, with a focus on user-centered design processes and outcomes.
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on enterprise or healthcare-related products.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support design handoff and collaboration.
• Knowledge of design systems, atomic design principles, and design-to-development workflows.
• Experience with tools for prototyping, motion design, and testing (e.g., Principle, Framer, Maze, UserTesting).
• Exposure to applying AI tools and data-informed insights to enhance product design processes.
• U.S. Citizenship Required (due to federal contract requirements).
