Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and goal execution.
- Work with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to construct autonomous pipelines using tools like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom frameworks.
- Develop cognitive architectures and workflows for planning, memory, reflection, and tool use.
- Integrate external APIs, tools, and knowledge sources to enhance agent capabilities.
- Optimize for robustness, safety, scalability, and performance in multi-agent environments.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to ship prototypes and production-grade systems.
- Contribute to research and thought leadership in the field of Agentic AI, Autonomous Systems, or Cognitive Agents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred for research roles).
- 3 8+ years of experience in AI, ML, or software engineering roles (open to researchers with less experience but strong academic track).
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration tools (e.g., AutoGPT, BabyAGI, CrewAI).
- Experience in search/planning algorithms, memory architectures (vector stores), or RL frameworks.
Understanding of safety, alignment, and ethical considerations in autonomous AI systems
