Optum Sr. Business Data Analyst

100% Remote

6 month contract, likely extension

• Data Migration work into Adobe Experience Platform

Team Size & Breakdown:

• Will be working with another BDA, Product Owner, Project Manager, and other development resources

Must-Have Experience:

• Data background - Data profiling, data creation, data validation, data mapping, and data gap analysis.

• Once code is deployed they will go into the production environment in adobe to complete data validation.

• 4+ years of SQL Experience queries, joins, aggregations, data validation, and data profiling

• JSON experience

• 1+ years of Test Case/Test Script creation and UAT testing

• Technical Background blended experience of a Business/Data Analyst and Product Owner

Preferred Experience:

• Adobe Experience Platform is highly preferred here. Using for customer journey analytics, orchestrating the data for journeys and marketing campaigns, source analysis, data gap analysis, and coding.
• Cloud Azure
• Feature creation, and breaking down the feature into User Stories and working with the Acceptance criteria
• Healthcare/Healthcare data experience
• Rally experience

Soft Skill Requirements

• Need to be able to speak up and participate in meetings, describe explanations to dev teams on what they are finding, etc. Cant just sit in the background, need to be vocal and proactive.
• Strong Multi-tasking skills, fast paced environment.
• Must be able to work individually.
